Forming conditions

Material: The standard material is stainless steel 316L, and special materials such as HASTELLOY, INCONEL, and nickel can also be applied.
Size: Standard panel sizes for sintering are 500 × 1000 mm, 1000 × 1000 mm, and 1200 × 1200 mm. Various shapes of filters can be manufactured from these panel sizes. Standard plate thickness: t1.7 mm

【Our Products】

・POREMET is a porous metal material with high pressure resistance that employs a multi-layer structure in which wire mesh for fine filtration control is arranged in the second layer and flat woven wire mesh is arranged in the fourth and fifth layers to reinforce the structure.

・POREMET is suitable for applications that require both strength and uniform filtration particle size in areas where the filtration particle size is 2 to 200 µm. Because POREMET employs a structure for surface filtration, it provides excellent backwashability and can be used repeatedly by washing.

・The standard material is stainless steel 316L.
