Forming conditions

Material: The standard material of wire mesh portions is stainless steel 316. The reinforcement material is stainless steel 304. HASTELLOY, INCONEL, and other materials can also be applied as special materials.
Size: Standard panel sizes for sintering are 500 × 1000 mm, 1000 × 1000 mm, and 1200 × 1200 mm. Various shapes of filters can be manufactured from these panel sizes.
Main application: Filtration applications: Liquid filtration, gas filtration, and polymer filtration.Other purposes and applications: Foaming (aeration and bubbling), rectification, powder treatment (air supply and degassing), powder treatment (bridge formation prevention), silencing, protection and design, and molding molds.

【Our Products】

・BONMESH is a porous filter material that is integrally sintered by laminating plain weave wire mesh with excellent washability for filtration control and arranging perforated metal as a reinforcement material.

・Stainless steel 316L is used as the standard material in the wire mesh section and stainless steel 304 is used as the standard material in the perforated metal section.

・ BONMESH can be manufactured by selecting the number of layers and mesh composition according to the operating conditions or application, in order to meet the requirements of various filtration particle sizes and filtration resistances.
