The proposal was to adjust degassing and air supply for powder through uniform ventilation resistance on the entire surface of stainless steel porous body. Smoother powder treatment has been achieved by improving clogging, scattering, and powder leakage in cross‐linking. This proposal can also be applied to bag filters.

PORE MET

Our proprietary laminated sintering technology integrates five layers of stainless steel wire mesh into a single filter. By incorporating plain Dutch weave wire mesh in the fourth and fifth layers, the filter achieves outstanding pressure resistance. It is available in a wide range of filtration ratings from 2 to 200 μm, delivering high-performance, uniform filtration as well as high pressure resistance and precision.

BON MESH

Using highly cleanable plain weave wire mesh as the filter medium, we combine it with perforated metal as a reinforcing material and integrate the layers through sintering. The uniform bonding of each layer through diffusion bonding provides both high strength and excellent permeability. The wire mesh configuration can be flexibly customized to suit specific applications.

SCP(Super Clean Plate)

SCP is a stainless steel plate with uniform, fine pores, manufactured by stacking and sintering etched plates with precisely aligned openings. In addition to the high open-area ratio of etched plates and the enhanced strength achieved through laminated sintering, its simple structure provides excellent surface smoothness, cleanability, and visibility of clogging.

PORE FLOW

PORE FLOW is a multifunctional porous material made by laminating two to three layers of plain Dutch weave wire mesh and integrating them through sintering and rolling. It features uniform fine pores ranging from several tens to approximately 100 μm, along with uniform pressure-drop characteristics, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including flow straightening, powder conveying, aeration, and cleaning. It can also be used for a broad range of applications, including resistance elements, and offers excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Metal Fiber

This nonwoven filter is made by uniformly layering ultra-fine metal fibers with diameters in the micron range and integrating them through diffusion bonding. Its multilayer internal filtration structure provides a porous material with uniform fine pores and sufficient strength while maintaining flexibility. The filter features both surface and depth filtration structures. Its high-porosity depth filtration structure delivers excellent contaminant capture performance.
