・Super Clean Plate (SCP) is a uniformly porous stainless-steel plate made by laminating and sintering etched plates with matching holes. It satisfies both high aperture ratios based on etching and mechanical strength enhanced by laminating and sintering etched plates.
・SCP has a very simple structure, which means that it provides excellent smoothness and washability, as well as excellent visibility of clogging.
・SCP is suitable for screens for sanitary strainers, air rolls, and quenching processes, as well as other applications. Stainless steel 304 and 316L are adopted as standard materials.
